Rex Koo

Rex Koo was born in Hong Kong in 1977. After obtaining his degree in Graphic Design Degree from the University of Salford, Manchester, Rex has work iin several local well known design house include Shya-la-la workshop, Communion W and Commercial Radio. Works include posters and OST for the movie "In the mood for love", visual identity for "now broadband TV", and also number of re-branding project and local singer CD album towards young generation. In 2001, Rex established his personal website rex-air.net and start collaborate with different creative unit include "The Place Project"(2004) hosted by Vasava (Spain), visual identity for "Get it Louder 2007", and "Notebook Projects" by COLORS. Rex is also a resident artist and guest lecture of The Hong Kong Institute of Education and Hong Kong Arts School. In the Summer of 2008, Rex has decided to end his freelancer life and setup his own design studio "ReStart Associates"
