開幕電影︰《黄金寓言》Tales from the Golden Age
由2007年「康城影展」金棕櫚大獎得主克里斯汀．穆基監導五齣東歐鐵幕時代的短片，透視城市神話，用黑色幽默回看民間傳說；

閉幕表演︰《art.ware performance》
由Golan Levin、Zachary Lieberman及Julien Maire三位來自美國及法國的殿堂級大師，以自家研發的媒體技術及聲音影像裝置，拉闊本地流動影像的領域；

更結集本地及亞洲優秀參賽入圍作品，以及帶給你拉脫維亞、日本和韓國的動畫及法國、波蘭的新浪潮短片。

Programme included:

Opening Film Tales from the Golden Age written and co-directed by Cristian MUNGIU (4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days) together with four other emerging directors from Romania. The film uses black humour to recreate urban legends from the Communist era in that country, and offers a chance to re-examine that unique period, albeit from a slightly off-kilter perspective.

Closing Gala art.ware performance @ Osage Kwun Tong
Golan LEVIN, Zachary LIEBERMAN and Julien MAIRE, three renowned media artists from USA and France. They will perform live with self-developed media technology and installations of image and sound. The performances showcase the perfect marriage between traditional projection technology and computer programming, displaying the multi-facets of sound, image, and their interactivity. They will redefine the meaning of moving images and provoke every nerve of yours in any possible way.

In addition to showcasing the most outstanding local and Asian finalists works this year, ifva will also connect with the best and brightest international film, video and new media talents to bring you inspiring and stirring works from all over the world.
