Questions in motion design industry

Hi all, I'm a motion graphic designer from Melbourne, for past 3 years I worked in production studio based in Australia and currently decide to develop my career in my home town Hong Kong. However, I've some questions about the Motion design industry in HK, if anyone can help that will be appreciate.=)

What're the wages and working hours for motion deisgner in the industry?
